Partial uterine prolapse and ovarian cysts in two Djungarian hamsters

چکیده

A 2-year-old multiparous (Case 1) and a 2.5-year-old nulliparous 2) Djungarian hamster each presented with history of prolapsed mass from the vulva. partial uterine prolapse was diagnosed in both cases, according to clinical diagnostic examinations. The replaced hamster, an ovariohysterectomy performed. histopathological examination removed tissues revealed cyst papillary hyperplasia ovary. This first case report, our knowledge, demonstrates possibility ovary how surgically manage this condition. report could also contribute having better understanding occurrence without parturition hamsters.
